Last night's camping experience was formidable with a bit of surprise. Our chosen location hidden in the depth of the bushes was quite discreet, but before we slept I heard some heavy footsteps which didn't sound like humans. We were guessing it might have been a deer.

At midnight it started raining at time heavily (I know this because I as usual woke up after 4 hours of sleep), but luckily in the morning when we embarked the weather was good. Or at least, part of it was. During the whole day, we were chased by dark clouds that were moving in the same direction as us. As we took breaks from cycling, the clouds would catch us up and bring some droplets of water from the sky. Once we put our rain gears on, the rain would stop; yet once we took our rain gears off, the rain would start.

Our destination was a campground next to a lookout tower built right next to the ocean floor. As was expected, the campground was closed for the season, however, the washroom remains open (and regularly cleaned, it appears) and water was still running. We chose a crazy location to set up our tent: on the second floor of a gazebo, right facing the ocean. We are hoping to see a spectacular sunrise above the ocean.
